Yes it would, although adding PG based flavoring will change the ratio and nic concentration slightly, not enough to be of concern if your flavorings are properly concentrated.

I buy 15ml of 24mg and mix it with 15ml water and 90ml vg in 120ml bottles I have from all the vg I've bought.
Distilled water (99 cents a gallon) only if you're going to do that also. The more VG and water you add the more diluted the flavor will be. I believe the rule of thumb is no more than 10% distilled water, so you probably won't gain much. Even 12 mg could very well be too high now that you're sub ohming. Most people sub at 6 mg or less.
Some people do use distilled water (no more than 10% of the final volume). I prefer to not use water because it causes the coils to spit and spray sometimes. I just use plain old vegetable glycerin to dilute my e-liquids.

Yes. Bear in mind this will dilute flavor as well as nic. Add water if you have wicking issues and get dry hits.
You can also buy 15ml of Flavor Concentrate from most Juice Suppliers in their more popular Varieties as well to jazz up the lackluster diluted Flavor.
Or from the DIY Sources for sure such as FA.
I always keep a bottle or 2 of that around to "liven things up" even with the Store-bought stuff my Lazy self buys and uses.
A squirt or two or several and the Blahs will vanish.

Man o Man,,, did I waste a Ton of time, cash, and excelled in aggravation , frustration, and crappy Vape experience my first year insisting on Tobacco Flavors or Varieties. I must have tried more variations of Tobaccos than Sir Walter Raleigh ever saw. See, I was still under the Id-Jit Spell & Ignorant Mantra that unless I had a Tobacco Juice and could somehow mimic the Flavor and Taste of the Coffin Nails to a "T",,,, I was never gonna truly like & enjoy Vaping and would surely Fail. Then, I got cured, tuned-in, and the true "Turning On" began.
What kinda Candy and/or Fruit and/or Desserts do ya Really like?
P.s. No such thing as Marinated Sirloin with loaded Baked Taters in e-Liquids unfortunately. Wouldn't that be a Hoot. And, I'd be broke

It's interesting in that when I started vaping, I purposefully avoided loading up on tobacco e-liquids because I thought that reminding myself of cigarettes/tobacco would be counterproductive. That being said, there are some tobacco flavors that I have enjoyed, mostly sweet/honey tobaccos.
That being said, I have seen bacon, roast beef, sweet potato, soup, and roast chicken flavored e-liquid. I've never been brave enough to try one, though.
Mushroom/White lightning flavored e-liquid. Sounds.... interesting? Lol.
By the time I got to the end, I forgot what the thread was about. Oh yeah, diluting juice. VG is the most available solution and using distilled water will thin it enough to use in any application. So, just do what the guys above said.

About vg, its fine to dilute with pg and not worry about getting distilled water etc, its when you want high vg maybe that distilled water will make things easier, also need a thicker syringe for that. Some pre made are so strong that you can dilute it by half and give it a shake occasionally, let it sit a week and the flavor comes through nicely, just depends on your preference too. I tried this with a 18mg liquid and in fact reduced it to 6mg and with the exact same setup didnt find the throat hit or anything was bad at all!

Worst flavor I've seen ------ Crab Legs. I guess you need to get Butter flavor shots added.
