Sorry to hear about your loss. Didn't see this, I would not have tried to make a joke on the very next post.

It's all good. It made me smile. Been a ....ty day. My dog got hit by a car about 2 hours ago (he seems fine vet said maybe a concusion) and now I can't find my buzz ><

I found my Buss on the side of the road where he got hit. Not a scratch on it either. I guess my dog and my Buzz is pretty tough :)

Wow, you are having a rough day! Hope your dog is fine. Those critters are awfully tough. When I was 10 or 11, I saw my English Springer gt completely run over. Scared me so bad. But he got right up, and lived 10 more years lol. I'm sure the vet has you and your little buddy covered on this one. Vets usually do not beat around the bush.

Oh, and hope you find your PV too lol.

Kinda fits but not.
My wife went outside with a couple smokers on smoke break at work. After some smalltalk about smoking and ecigs they began butting out their cigs and one guy, who had been quiet throughout the break, asked "How do you know when you're done?"
She had no answer. Never been asked that before.

The only things I've done regarding vaping have been stupid, with the exception of buying what I should have bought in the first place once I found this site. First was buying from a mall kiosk. Not intrinsically dumb, but yes. The second is what I just did...the battery I bought from the mall dies after ten (EDIT: meant 5) days. So instead of being a big boy and sitting tight till I can make it out there, I freaked out and read up on USB passthroughs. Since I don't really have all the bits and pieces, I just applied the red and back wires to the appropriate points of the carto, insulated and held them in place with a piece of napkin, and used my other hand as the switch by plugging and unplugging from the wall adapter. Stupid? Yes. Risky? Maybe. Revealing? I don't know if I can go back from 5v now, so YES!!!

I used to use my left hand to smoke my cigs while I drive and have that cig outside the car sometimes. I caught myself sometimes using my left hand and holding my inferno outside the car. Freaked me out. All I can think of is what if I dropped it. I have dropped cigs before but a fully assembled inferno....that would piss me off to no end. I usually vape with windows up but on hot days I can't leave it up since my AC is broken. So now I make myself use my right hand since I don't have to flick ashes anymore, I can train my left hand to handle the wheel.

First stupid thing I did was buy what I have now, don't get me wrong my Envy Bliss 2008 is awesome it vapes good, but I didn't do my home work before. THEN I bought a second battery, and atomizer, OH OH and better I got a second starter kit so I could have 1 more battery and a second charger. I'm set & spent something like $180 for my set up now, which is like 4 cartons of analogs, which took me a month to smoke a carton... You get the idea. I'll most likely switch to a 510 when I get some extra dough, and save my super mini for outings and such.
But I found myself opening my window today to vape, oh and I tried to flick ashes as well. Other than spending my money unwisely, I think I just did the norm.

BTW thank you for all your stories I have had a great giggle, and now know what NOT to do!

I haven't bought an e-cig yet (still researching), but at the moment I'm trying to quit. I haven't had a cigarette in about three weeks, but whenever I'm driving, about halfway to wherever I'm going I will notice my window rolled all the way down. Don't even remember doing it. I'm sure it will be the same when I purchase my e-cig.

It wasn't really dumb since I was new to removing the bridge on my atomizers, but I was watching a step by step video on how to properly do it and I KNOW I should've watched the vid in full and then rewatched it while I was doing it. However, during the part where you CAREFULLY wiggle the solid metal piece free from the surrounding mesh, I pulled the whole middle assembly out of the atomizer just a bit (it was still inside but loose). I was fully outraged and thought I ruined it, and I only had 2 more at this time and thought "OH WHAT HAVE I DONE, I ruined it!" I paused the video and fumed for a good 20 minutes lamenting all the warnings I had read about having backups when attempting this and how it could go wrong.

I came back to the video and thought "well I should watch just for future reference" only to hear the next 5 seconds of instruction "You might pull the middle out. It's ok as long as you didn't break the contacts, just push it back in." I feverishly push it back in and the damn thing worked like a champ. Wiped my brow and laughed at how noob I was.

I must add though, while I fully reccomend removing the wicking threads since I use a drip tip and exclusively drip, I can't reccomend removing the entire bridge. I noticed maybe a 5% performance increase, BUT about a 300% increase in leakage. I am able to add 3-4 drops without worry to every atomizer I have except the one I removed the bridge in... not worth the stress IMO.
