I have an Itaste, yesterday got another in mail for my son. There seems to be an issue at times with the tank not making connection, and nothing happens. You can change to another tank and presto it's fine so it's not the battery part that messes up. But for the price of these compared to the decent vaping experience it delivers, we are willing to put up with that from time to time.

I now want to buy a decent pen-style rechargeable. Under $75. would you name some good ones I can check out? I want one that's bigger than the ones that look like cigarettes. More like a cigar size that you plug in to recharge. Once again, thanks for advice.

I have an Itaste that goes to 11 watts. I thought I was ordering same thing for my son but his goes up to 20 watts. sometimes after taking a tank off to put on another one it won't work. But grab a different tank and it works. And yet, we can take the tank that wouldn't work on one of them and it works on the other. We have enough tanks now that it's not a huge problem because one of them will always work. But we might be taking the tank off to put another one that we just filled w a new juice and then we can't use it right then. It's just a little perplexing.

So you have the mvp, and your son had the mvp 20w? There are many itaste models. I think the 20w has a spring 510 pin which allowes coils with pins that have recessed slightly to still make a connection. You could try pulling the pin out slightly on the tank that doesn't work and then it should make a connection.

As for what you should get, you want a pen style, not a box like the mvp, right? Innokin makes pretty good stuff for the money and they have vv/vw pen style batteries.
