Sub ohm 12mg or 18mg ?

Listen to your body on the amount of nic you need, not a vape shop. My dad sub ohms with a tank and 18mg because he has to, to keep him off of cigarettes. If it works for you then do it, that's the great thing about vaping. You can tweak it to work for you.

I agree when I started ever vape shop looked at me crazy when they found out I use 24. But if it works for you,that's all that matters.

I'm using a cleito 0.4 at 47 w. If I go higher I tend to lose flavour and still don't really get much hit. New to sub ohm. Wondered if I up the nic will I get more throat hit. Do they say to stay on 3 or 6mg as it can make you feel sick on a higher one. Do you absorb more nic sub ohm or is it a quicker hit ??

That's the same setup I'm using, and I vape 24mg/ml.
Just do what works for you.

I vape 3MG using a Nautilus Mini and recently found a Sub Ohm Tank that delivers that Sub Ohm Holy Grail of a vape I have been searching for. With a .5Ω coil in my Pangu I get a Nicotine rush after just a few pulls although it is not too much nicotine for me it is a bit of a rush and I can't chain vape like I want to. Just my experience so you might want to do like with power and start low and work your way up.

Some folks drip 50mg.

Um, yeah, I ain't right, DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!
I vape 36mg on everything. Drippers, bottom feeders, sub ohm, tootle puffing tanks, everything is 36mg.
But that's what I need, most "normal folks" don't need and can't handle that, for a lot of good reasons.
