Hello, so this is my first post, ever. However I know basic knowledge of sub-ohming.
I'm using a iTazte MVP 3.0 Pro with a doge V1 dripper with a 28 gauge dual coil (parallel) .4 ohm build

I'm using high VG juice and I run it at 60 watts (the max for my mod)

What are some tips to increase my cloud size and density.
I noticed when one of my coils loses connection i get thicker , hotter vapor, yet on the internet it seems to be common knowledge that dual coils give more vapor than singular.

USA. State: Inebriated.
Surface area. Try doing a 14-wrap build with some 26ga Kanthal. Low resistance isn't everything.

The reason your vapor might increase when one coil loses connection (which shouldn't be happening) is because with dual coils the resistance of each coil is halved. Meaning you're applying 60W across .4 ohms, equating to 4.9V. When you lose connection on one of the coils, the resistance jumps to .8 ohms, but you're still applying the 60W, and so the voltage jumps from ~5V to 6.9V (your mod's max is something like 9V, but of course, this is also limited by the resistance/the wattage).
