It seems that juice makers are starting to do this... I know the three bears from steam monket/grizzly vapes are doing it... and Tony from Apocalypse just released one... I asked him why it was for drippers/sub ohm vapers... he said the flavors don't really come together unless dripping etc...
Dripper Dream

neither of these juices are 100% vg as far as I know...

driptonic juices are made for sub ohm vaping and they are very good, very pricey too :( I have an almost full bottle of green party here if you or anyone else is interested in a trade pm me. I love the taste but it has sucralose and makes me sick.
sounds like your problem is wicking issues more than juice issues though.

I was just wondering if there were juices that were made for low sub ohm builds.

To my knowledge there are no juices that are made specifically to help people use sub ohm setups successfully. Most high power vapers stick with low nic juice, but that's not exclusive to high power.

I agree with beckdg's post; the issue you're having with burnt hits can be fixed by tweaking your setup. You need to look at the device you're using, wicking efficiency, air flow and the wire you're using. 0.3 ohms in a mechanical mod is not outrageously low, but it is low enough so everything has to be right or you will experience burnt hits.

I typically vape between 0.6 and 1 ohm depending on the device but I go down to about 0.4 ohms at times. My AGA-T is setup at 0.4 ohms right now. One thing I won't do is vape burnt hits. Frying juice like that creates chemicals that are quite unhealthy for us to inhale. The moment I get the first hint of a burnt hit I stop and fix the issue in that setup. The higher the power of the setup, the more sensitive I am to this whole issue. A good lungful of thoroughly burnt hit at 30 watts is just plain unhealthy, not to mention it hurts. Properly setup, it's fantastic.

its hard for me to do anything less than 70 vg. i talk to people who say they use 50/50 all the time. idk how. its so harsh. every single juice ive tried besides a certain brand made at a local b&m is WAY TOO HARSH. so i have resorted to make my own and even then every diy nicotine base i buy (100%vg) is for some reason too harsh. the local b&m gets nicotine that has virtually zero TH. i wish i knew where so i could make my own. i currently purchase a few 36mg flavorless juices from them and use my diy flavoring and pure vg to dilute and flavor to my liking.

Sometimes it tastes almost like I burnt or scorched the juice.

I was just wondering if there were juices that were made for low sub ohm builds.

i'm sure there are. however, i completely agree with ryedan. there is simply no way to engineer a juice to specifically avoid burnt or dry hits. that's the vapers responsibility. the vaper must keep the coil and wick wet and make sure they work well with the amount of air flow and power delivered to them. even how hard you pull on the device is going to effect your success to an extent.

now, what a juice maker CAN do to make a juice better for sub-ohm vaping is to make a "smoother" juice. sub-ohm can produce massive flavor and throat hit. it can also be particularly drying to the sinuses. adding a little bit of water or saline solution to the juice can help to tame the hygroscopic nature of pg and vg to lessen the drying, irritating effect on the throat and sinuses. not including additives specifically for increasing throat hit and minimizing the flavoring would also be beneficial for sub-ohm vaping. they're not needed and can only increase irritation and/or completely overwhelm the senses inducing coughing fits, etc..

for example; i would never try to sub ohm pluid in full flavor. the flavor and throat hit would knock my socks off even at 0 nic. and again, i sub-ohm (and sometimes chain vape) 40+ mg/ml. today i'm vaping 42+ mg/ml @ 3%- flavoring on that same 0.38Ω setup to give you an idea. but this is with a macro coil, 24 Ga kanthal and a drilled out 7/64" air hole on an RDA.

so if you're scorching juice, maybe increase the diameter of your coil to allow a larger wick, increase your air hole, find an atty that can keep up with your wicking, etc., etc.

that's why i suggested you give some information on your setup.

the nic is so clean, you'll be amazed. i usually use VG base and even it can be a little harsh. i got their pg base and was amazed. smooth as a babies bottom. buttery smooth. a couple ml of wizard labs vg nic base in a 120ml bottle of unflavored ruins the taste. 45 ml of vaperstek PG base in that same bottle doesn't add a thing but nic. it's flippin' unbelievable!!!!
