Triple Twisted 30g Kanthal, Dual coil setup is running .28-.26 ohms. I change out batteries (EFEST purple 18650 2100mah 30a) at what i believe to be 50 percent, never had vapor production drop before i switch them out. I never notice a heat issue, i love the vape flavor and thickness. I am concerned with the saftey of this.

I have done research, understand the limits and not to over discharge the batteries, or use inadequate ones.
I constantly re check the coils, test the atty on the ohm checker and never have to fire it for long at all due to such great vape.

Am i safe?, does this degrade in saftey over period of use? or, if its safe now, its safe unless I go too far on the batteries?

imo you are walking a fine line subohming below .3ohm. my question would be how long have you been vaping? and did you go straight to cloud chasing? you are getting alot more vapor out of that kind of build. you may need to adjust nic level if your vape is that concentrated. you have a good battery but your safety over period of use may be in question. i am sure some of the more experienced subohmers will be able to help advise on the demands you are requiring from your battery. personally i feel like i am drowning below .6.

I've heard rumors that Efest batteries tend to overrate their discharge current, but yes you should be fine.
Often the stated amp rating is max continuous, the pulse rating is much higher (say <20 seconds, <10 seconds, etc).
Since you are only about 50% and are clearly keeping a watchful eye for things I wouldn't worry a bit about your setup. As always, though, monitor the temp of the battery and switch. They should tell you first if something is amiss.
