I recently bought a pack of nickel coil .15ohm from kangertech but it wont fire on my kbox ? Is the coil not make to work for my kbox ?

no... The K-box does not do temp control... nickle wire is only for temp control mods... DNA40 SX350J ipv4 etc...

In addition to what @tehdarkaura said regarding nickel wire coils, your KBox won't fire ANY coil below 0.4Ω

If it did fire them it would indicate your protective circuity is not functioning correctly and could cause a slew of other problems.
