Hi,

1) My 0,5 ohms coil that was working fine for 2,5 days just read 0,4 ohms..
I wonder what could've caused this..

2) Seeing this I tried rebuilding a new one but I'm clumsy that late at night and
it just went to hell fast hehe. Please note: I don't have a second screwdriver to
hold my coil in place so tightening the leads is very hard and tricky.. My subox just
started going all over the place reading any ohms on the meter and my coils just
failed badly (suspecting leads are not tightened enough..). So just frustrated now.
----
Tomorrow I plan on going to cop another screwdriver to make life easy tightening it
down and I hope this will work.. My first question still bugs me though..

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Please excuse my bad english rofl :p

No worries your English is fine.

If the ohms was going from .5 to .8 or .1 you would probably have a short or one screw was not tightened correctly.

It is normal for the ohms to change as the coil heats up and cools down.

The only experience I have with the Sub tank mini RBA was the version 1. And that RBA had issues shorting because the posts were right up against the wall of the barrel that goes over your coil and wick.

If it is a shorting issue wrap the wires around the screws and trim on the side of the post to prevent the cut wire from touching the barrel.

Hey guys, so I went to my local hardware store and they didn't have any screwdrivers as small as the blue that's included.

The lady gave me free nails instead (haha) and they do the job just fine.

My resistance lowered to .4 again today but I pulled my coil a bit when removing the wick..
It could well be the cause.
Next time I'll cut a part of the wick so the other side is easier to pull (saw that trick somewhere).

Thanks for the help :p
