For some reason no matter what I do with this thing, it's always sizzling like a dry coil after taking a hit at anything above 20 watts, I've tried wicking it different ways, and rebuilding different ways but nothing seems to be helping it at all.

Previous build: 0.40 ohm twisted nichrome/kanthal(around a 2.5MM jig) Tried micro first, much better flavor but dry hits, then when I spaced it, it was still dry hits with 0 flavor

Current build: 0.24 ohm parellel nichrome 28 gauge(Around a 3MM jig) still dry hits but when I can eventually get a decent hit the flavor is very nice

I've build several RDA's, build several tanks(including Goblin v2, Goliath V2, Bellus, Lemo 2, Lemo drop)

I'm so stumped and can't figure out what's going on, the stock coils work fine even up to 35 watts for me(Haven't pushed further yet) and I can chain vape until the tank is empty with no dry hits at all.

I have sort of the same problem with one. Have one that works great and one that behaves the way you are describing. I am using ni200 but sounds pretty similar. I am going to take mine completely apart and make sure it is all proper and dry inside. I had one of the original RBAs act weird on me and that fixed it up. Hope this at least gives you an idea. I will let you know if I fix mine. Good luck
