50/50 sometimes I have to loosen the tank from the base a half a turn and will see a bubble come up. Put it on the small hole, give it a couple dry hits and all good. This isn't all the time that I have to tinker, but I've got one juice in particular I go through this with. But it is only time to time and takes seconds to fix

I'm a little surprised you would post this, right after we were saying that low low prices are an easy clue to a fake.
Low price doesn't always mean a fake. Think grocery store model... They make 1-4% margin and are just counting on volume.
I recently purchased 2 boxes of BVC coils from myfreedomsmokes for 11.95 total price. I was very skeptical if they would be real. The security codes checked out I'm currently using one for 5 days running about 5 mls of 50/50 juice through them.
This was the first time that I purchased from an online vender. I have to say I was very pleased with the product and service.
Up to this point I have only purchased from a local B&M. I was paying 20 per box. I paid 32 for each of my 2 minis and 39 for each of my 2 regular nautilus.

I think the problem here for you (as the oposite for me) is eliquid viscosity. I use very thin liquids, 80/20 and it's gurgly most of the time on the 1.4? (not completely wide open, one notch down). Most probably your liquid is too thick for the openings. Try priming the head with a little liquid and/or lighten the mixture up with distilled water. Also helps vaping it open, lets in more air and more juice.
Regular Aspires never worked for me, I dropped them completely. I don't like carto tanks. I'm more fond of Aerotank double coil heads. To each their own.

haha loving the comments..i wrote this post during a dry hitting/flavorless ragei will order some new coils and try that.. yes they were the 2 BVC coils that came with the mini
well..if these new set of BVC coils work i would advise buying a set of coils with ur mini nautilus
You said you used the two coils that came with your mini and they were BVC's , maybe they were bad , it certainly sounds like it . It's also obvious that most everyone else has had great success with the coils that came with their mini so it doesn't seem necessary to buy more to start with.
Just ordered my second Mini from Mt. Baker, as they're having a 15% sale today. Now if this cold would only go away I could enjoy my first one!
Do you prime your BVC when using for the first time? A few drops from the top until it looks wet (rotate it as you go) could maximize performance. Don't forget it's still a carto, you should be able to vape it without liquid in the tank.
