I just got some japanese cotton pads and I have been building my rba section in subtank for a little while with organic cotton balls and have noticed that after I take a puff off of it I get this sizzling after I let go of the button I've read it could be to much cotton but I tried a very little amount of cotton and still get sizzling.. I'm using twisted 30 awg. Reading at .4 any idea?

Sizzling coils happen when they get hot enough. Mine sizzle and do the occasional pop while I'm vaping and as long as I don't get any burnt flavor from them I'm OK with that.

If it bothers you you, the sizzle will probably be reduced if you reduce the power (higher resistance if you're using mech mods) or if you use thinner wire (less wire mass). There will also tend to be less sizzle when the coils get gunked up a bit after vaping for a while. The loss of sizzle is one way I know my coils need to be cleaned.
