I may need to get a better spring from home depot etc. I actually find it the most difficult to fire from all 9 of my tube mechs. Also if I screww on the bottom contact piece all the way, it fires and I have to back it off in order for it to stop. Anyone out there have similar issues with theirs? Or recos on what to do? Thanks.

Only thing I can think from the switch design is that possibly the delrin piece is not able to fully house itself in the end cap. Therefore, when you are screwing it on the delrin piece is screwing down with it and firing, rather than keeping the neves seat contact distance between the mod itself.

Could be a burr of some sort? Failing that, being a clone, it could be due to intolerances in the manufacture and without some modification won't operate as it should.

Just fwiw, I would never use a mod with such a fault. Could easily screw down in your pocket and auto fire.

I couldn't agree more. For now I only use it at home and take the battery out when not in use. I've done a full disassembly and cleaning twice and found no burrs etc. And the bottom black delrin piece sits nice and flush. It's why I was thinking it must be down the the spring. I'm just not sure what type of spring I should be getting.
