Okay guys this is my success story and a special thanks Nicoticket. I’ve been trolling the forums but abstained from joining until my last master’s class was over for the semester (Yay! Found out I made an A today!). I started vaping at the beginning of last month. I’ve always been the kind of guy that wants the best possible product. My mom always used to tell me “I have a champagne taste on a beer pocketbook” hehe. I have smoked 1-2 packs a day on and off for the past 10 years. I’ve quit analogs several times before, including one stretch over a year, mostly with Chantix but have always gone back to the sticks. I wanted to start vaping for my health and to save money. I went to the local shop on by my work on April 1st and started out with a VV Kamry mod but soon started wanting more. I learned of Nicoticket though trolling the forums and ordered CB, CLS, GCD, and Virus for my fist order. My only thought when trying the juice for the first time……Amazing!! And then ordered more the next week….. and next week….. and then the next week(like most of you probably have lol). It didn’t take me more than two weeks after starting to start building my own coils and dripping. I’ve always been into electronics and very handy and built my first mico coil on my fist try. By then I had to cut my nic level to 12mg and then 6mg because it was so harsh when dripping. I have been ordering NZ juice to cut my higher mg to a vapeable level.

Customer service review: I ordered a couple different juices from NT, 6mg and NZ to cut my other juices last week. Upon receiving the package I noticed there was a mistake. The virus I ordered in NZ to cut my other juice arrived in 6mg. Although they “upgraded” my order they must have misread it to be 6mg instead of NZ. It really wasn’t an issue because I was aiming to cut my 18mg and 12mg down to 6mg anyway. When I noticed the issue I knew Clark would make it right through everything I have seen on his customer experiences. I was not disappointed. I contacted him through the chat feature on his website and he made sure to take care of me by sending out a sample of some “special juice”. I received my purple package today and not only did he send me what he promised but also included the upgraded NZ Virus that I ordered originally (which I was not expecting and he had not mentioned). Just want to give a big thanks for the excellent juice and customer service Clark and the whole Nicoticket provide. Thanks for everything guys! You Rock!!!

Welcome to our humble home lda!! I am really pleased you opted to join ECF... this is a really special community of people that give a rats ash about helping people succeed. Congrats on making a successful transition to the alternative to cancer sticks! Well done!!

We don't use the word "customer" in the office - we use the word "family." We try to what degree it's possible to treat everyone like that - family. That commitment has has the wholly unanticipated effect of drawing a group of people whom are willing to continue to pay it forward. Its more of a social movement than it is a company - a statement that vapers, their liquid, and their devices are more than the sum of their parts. At this time we can't suggest that vaping is any safer than smoking. That said... #improof. Enough said. Thank you for joining our humble community - I hope you kick up your feet, contribute where you can, and find what you need to be successful. Support resides here.
