maybe some of you can help me out here. I am trying to do small samples of DIY 3ml. So 10% flavoring is .03 right? If that is correct, how I do measure out .3 flavoring? Sorry I am really bad at math, yes even simple math.

10%=.3 and best way to measure is with a syringe.
Have you tried using a calculator? It will give you all the figures and you don't need math but make sure you put the numbers in correctly. Lots of folks here myself included use ejuicemeup calculator. It's a free download. Good luck!

yea I noticed I made a mistake. the correct value is .3. Thank for the heads up about the calculator.
So I would just add the .3 of the flavoring and the rest will all be PG/VG/NIC? It doesn't seem like a lot of flavoring compared to the amount of PG/VG/NIC, but I am willing to learn and give it a try.

Yes, you will need a very small amount of flavoring in a 3 ml batch. If you are just testing, I suggest that you skip the nic. That way, you aren't wasting your nic if it comes out yucky.
