Agreed. I'm quite concerned to think that the juice I'm using could have Sucralose or similar used to sweeten it, given the huge problems it has caused for many. Those using it might want to Google/youTube. There is a chance it is mostly scaremongering, but I've seen enough claims and concerns to purposely try to avoid it at this point. :| ...and that's coming from a fan of soda and Crystal Light. :(

Approximately 1% or so of the population have problems with artificial sweeteners (this includes all of them except Stevia). I fall in that 1% of the population and have been tested to prove it (for me they affect my nervous system - Stevia does not at least for me, but it was a product that required acquiring a taste for).

Do not know about many of the other claims. I would bet that peanut butter in large enough volumes would also cause some of the things that others claim artificial sweeteners cause.

I found Stevia already in a glycerine base...Now brand I believe it was. Had to thin a little because the glycerine was so thick.
Didn't really like it though; it gave everything a chemical taste, kind of like the saccharin taste. Went back to using sucralose.
It takes so little to accomplish so much, unless you're sensitive to it, it seems to work the best.

I would contest these statistics as a lot are unaware that aspartame forms formaldehyde in the stomach and I doubt only 1% would be affected. Underlying problems aren't always pin pointed to their cause...

This is false, as a cursory google search would have revealed. Furthermore, in the typical dose of sucralose (<<1g), even assuming all of the sucralose is metabolized to formaldehyde (it's not), the body would easily be able to deal with the product.

I was referring to the percentage that it affects their nervous system - the category that I fall into. Do not know just how accurate it is - just what I have been told and what I have researched on my own.
