Just lately I am having a problem stating logged into ECF. I have been using a Chromebook, and browsing using the Chrome browser. It doesn't seem to happen every time I launch the browser, but more and more when I click on my ECF bookmark it asks me to log in. Anyone else? Any suggestions?

This usually suggests a problem with cookies, but I have not recently changed any of my settings.

Are you checking the "Stay Logged In" box when you login? Are you sure you don't have cookies (or ECF cookies) set to delete when shutting down the browser/laptop?

I do check the "Stay logged in box". I just now cleared my ECF cookies, rebooted, and logged back in to see if maybe they were corrupted somehow. My cookie settings otherwise are set to default and I have never had this problem here before. Not a huge deal, just wondering if it's just me or if anyone else is seeing the same thing.

Also, I visit here on multiple devices - Chromebook, laptop, Android tablet and phone. Is it possible that after accessing the site on one that it is requiring me to log in anew on the other devices?

You'll need to redo your bookmarks if they're pointing to the old URLs. ECF has gone to https and if you go to the old bookmark starting with http, it will force a new login.

But then wouldn't it happen every time? That doesn't seem to be the case, but I will redo my bookmarks and see if that helps - thanks.
