i belive flavor west does. flavor art sells a cookie flavor, not sure if its sugar or the taste of a chocolate chip cookie.

FlavorWest has it, but it is not that good by itself. Really needs to be mixed with other flavors for best results.

I can't get the right percentage of Flavor West's Sugar Cookie to taste good at all.

Any suggestions from someone that has it pretty good as a stand alone flavor? I would like to accomplish that feat first before I add other flavors to it.
