Here are my suggestions (aside from opening a VV eJuice factory next door to me)
1. When a product is out of stock it would be great if it still appeared on the site with a Notify Me button. This way we can get an email when it is back in and react quickly! You'll see this on a few other vendors sites and it's a nice feature IMO.
2. eJuice flavor of the month club. I love getting surprises in the mail - especially yummy ones! I would purchase that subscription in a heart beat and even get some as gifts for friends.
3. Hardware - would be awesome if you had a branded variable voltage mod - the VVVV, V cube, or whatever you would call it. VV is where it's at - I'd buy it!
That's all I have for now.

I'd love a sale on your ECO products.
Hi Foggy, thank you for the suggestion! Unfortunately, Intellicig has incredibly high prices on their nicotine (they recently doubled and they were already high!) and they don't even offer much of a discount to vendors so I'm not able to put the ECO juices on sale. I hope they will change this soon and start being more accommodating to vendors who use their nicotine base as I'd love to have more ECO products available. If they do, I'll definitely have an ECO sale!

I'm sure you read the review, but let me tell you, that Plum improved GREATLY with a week of steeping and now the flavor really shines. I think I like it even better than Persephone.
My suggestions are pointed at the web ordering process.
Having a quantity spot on things like carts would be nice.
When ordering several juices, it might be nice to have a comments section on the ordering page that would be associated with the item on the order summary page. For example, if I ordered juice X w/ xx flavor and juice y with extra thin, they would show up in the order summary with the comments next to them instead of all comments being lumped together in 1 box at the bottom. Also, you could add the appropriate comments as you added things to your cart.
My $0.02 worth!

I have noticed that the Absolute flavors require much more steeping than the others. Doing flavor testing, for the first day there is next to no flavor at all (but it smells great!). By day two, the flavor starts to come in. By day three, it's getting up there. After a week, they're ready to go and after two weeks, they're amazing! The flavor balance also goes through really radical changes over the first week with one flavor coming forward, then the other, until they settle down into the proper balance. It's really quite drastically noticeable. The standard Virgin Vapor flavors don't do anything like this!
Definitely steep the Absolute flavors when they are freshly made! It makes a HUGE difference!
Two more reviews up..."Rich Creamy Goodness" for Blueberry Cheesecake and "Yummy Bananas" for Bananas Foster. 
I have one more suggestion.. I received my Organic Creme Caramel W/Eco. LOVE it..although I believe it will get even better with a bit of time. This line comes in a blue glass bottle no dropper. Hence my suggestion...maybe offer a dropper as an add on to the bottle, preferably a glass dropper w/lid that would thread onto this bottle. I would be willing to pay extra for it, nno problem.
