Hi, Annette!
Thank you for the contest. I haven't ordered from you, yet! I just started vaping last month and had to spend quite a bit to get started. Since I am on a limited budget, I did take advantage of some sales and ordered inexpensive juices. My reasoning behind this was that it would be a good way for me to try various flavors to see what I liked. Since I was able to get off the stinkies, I figured that I was exposing myself to WAY less chemicals. I try to eat organic food and really want to have a safer vape.

One little picky thing about your pages is that there is a black "contact" box that obscures the text on the page. There doesn't seem to be any way to scroll over to the right so that doesn't happen... nothing major...

The other thing that I didn't see mentioned in the faq is how sweet flavors are created.... It does say no artificial sweeteners, which I totally avoid in my food. Even regular cane and confectioners sugar has been genetically modified, so I only purchase organic sugar and stay far away from high fructose corn syrup, also. The reason I bring this one up is because I LOVE sweet vapes! When I go happen to get some of my current juices on my tongue, wow!!!! What a sweet taste.... does not seem natural at all.....

Thanks!

My suggestions are pointed at the web ordering process.

Having a quantity spot on things like carts would be nice.

When ordering several juices, it might be nice to have a comments section on the ordering page that would be associated with the item on the order summary page. For example, if I ordered juice X w/ xx flavor and juice y with extra thin, they would show up in the order summary with the comments next to them instead of all comments being lumped together in 1 box at the bottom. Also, you could add the appropriate comments as you added things to your cart.

My $0.02 worth!

I'd love to be able to implement both suggestions, rootwhacker! Unfortunately, I talked to my technical administrator and he says that we aren't able to with our current website. I look forward to being able to build a new site from scratch with all the added flexibility it will bring but that's still a bit in the future. Thank you for the great ideas though...when we get there, I'll definitely have both features!

I have one more suggestion.. I received my Organic Creme Caramel W/Eco. LOVE it..although I believe it will get even better with a bit of time. This line comes in a blue glass bottle no dropper. Hence my suggestion...maybe offer a dropper as an add on to the bottle, preferably a glass dropper w/lid that would thread onto this bottle. I would be willing to pay extra for it, nno problem.

I will be writing a review on your site for this one...VERY deserving of it....THANK YOU Annette for this one.....WONDERFUL vape !!

Does it take a bit for the reviews to show on the site ?? Mine isn't there and if I need to do it again, please let me know.

Thank you for your suggestion and kind words! You're in luck, we're adding droppers to all bottles except the citrus flavors starting today! Enjoy!

Hi Snus! Virgin Vapor flavors are naturally sweet because they're extracted from real fruit or flowers. There's no sugar or other sweetener and certainly nothing artificial added to them because I don't have to. Nature makes them sweet! Try one of the strawberry flavors or the peach to see for yourself!

Your company would be greatly improved by speeding up your order processing. Not to be rude, but you guys are kinda pokey about fulfilling orders and getting them sent out from my experience.

Hi Fundoodman, I'm not sure when you ordered from us last but we ship all orders in 48 hours or less pretty much without fail. My sister came in to help me about two months ago and ever since we've had orders flying out the door. Before that when it was just me doing all the mixing, packaging, etc as well as e-mail and everything else it could take three or four days but no longer now that I have such a great helper. Of course, we don't mix on weekends but otherwise, all orders are in the mail in two days or less.

I wish I had a suggestion for the perfect cartomizer, but sadly I haven't found one yet...

On a different note, although it'd mean a whole lot more work for you, a "born on" date on the label would be very cool.

I was thinking about a "born on" date as well. I've noticed some vendors use separate stickers from the labels on the bottles, which I think is clever.

I'm about to redesign our labels and am definitely trying to figure out a way to put a "born on" date without having to reprint labels every day. A separate sticker just might work if I can find a small one that will fit! Definitely a great idea! Thank you both!:)

What about adjusting the size of the logo, just a tad, and below the logo adding a born on line. When you circle the level you could write the born on date.

I'd love it if you carried the bud sapphires again, I bought a bunch of them toward the end, so I have a couple unopened boxes yet, but I find them affordable and love the flavor clarity I get from them. And after the debacle with the chemical-taste on the Vision Ego, I don't feel comfortable buying those again.

Another suggestion, if there was a way to order multiple cartos at a time instead of clicking "add to cart" and then going back to the item and adding another, and another, etc, that would be great!

I agree, it would be nice to have more details on the label, including the date of creation.

Until you get that figured out with your labeling process, I've found a simple and quick solution. Just cut out the description of each juice from the packing invoice, add the creation date and tape it onto the bottle. Wala...now it has the PG/VG ratio, nic level, flavor strength and DOB.

Thanks for the contest Annette and thanks for being interested in our suggestions! :)

I'd like to suggest a membership option. Something like Winery membership. Say for $10/month membership fee, members would receive 3 small bottles (4ml is it?) of new flavors, or something similar to that. What would be really nice and unique is for you to create different/custom tailored flavors for each member based on what they had ordered in the past and what you think they might like. Exmp. If I had ordered Bed of Roses, you might want to send me Freesia Absolute flavor, however if I had Peppermint Chill you would do Lemongrass or Wintergreen instead.

On a different note, I am computer programmer/system analyst, even though I do not have much time for extracurricular activities, please let me know if there is anything I could do to help with your web site mods. Of course, free of charge.

Regards,
