Yeah I hear what you're saying sailorman. The only problem I have with my ego-c is the damn wicks go bad so soon, so I have to replace the top part of my atomizer ever so often just to get a good flavor and easy hit. The packs are expensive too which is very irritating. I love the ego battery itself though. But clearomizers eh? I'll have to look into these. I've heard about them quite a bit but never used one.

Try a CE4+ Clearomizer. They also go by the name of "eGo Vision Clearomizer" and "Stardust". Make sure you get the new version. They cost about $5-6, but they last a really long time. They're super popular with eGo users and have permanently replaced many a tank system on an eGo.

Thanks man, you're awesome! :)

Edit. Btw which website would you recommend for these CE4+ clearomizers? and how long does 1 last? I vape about 2 mL of juice a day.

510 threaded batteries and attys/carts/cartos is the way to go. You will find more equipment with 510 threading than anything else. Anything you see that is eGo is also 510 threading. It is all about choices 510 gets you the most.

Totally agree. I started off with the Colibri micro, and while it may look a a cigarette, the performance is beyond poor. I switched the 510; and I think i found the best one yet for me. What I like is all the different choices, in terms of choices. So if you are not going industry standard you might not to be happy. I think that is the key.

I just want to thank everyone once again for they're input. Now I just got to decide between the volt and the KGo. I also wanted to say that this is a great online group. Everyone seems kind and is looking to help out new people. Keep up the great work everybody. And thanks once again

I would recommend watching Grimm's video on "Taking the next step" even though you are still taking the first step, you can see a wide range of what is available and you can see the Bloog/Volt KR808D & EGO/KGO in action. It might be more info than what you need at this stage, but I like more information over less information.

A suggestion to the new comers on this thread checking out new stuff.... Dont forget to start drinking plenty of water if you dont already. Vaping dehydrates. One night you're going to be vaping away on the highly recommended KGO and your brand new CE4+ clearomizer filled with a great tasting juice and you find the flavor slipping away.... Its not the juice or the equipment... you're dehydrated.

I have converted several smokers to ecigs since I started. 2 of which I handed them an ego battery, a stardust and a bottle of good juice. I forgot to tell them to drink a lot. They both called the next day saying " MAN THIS IS AWESOME , but my eyes are tingling ".... hahahaha... oops forgot to tell them to drink up.

For the record I totally agree with everything sailorman has said and recommended. The CE4+ on a KGO battery works wonders. Sailorman and a few others steered me in that direction several months ago. I too thought I wanted a cigarette style setup.... WRONG..... After the first good drag and exhaling a plume of tasty vapor on an 1100 mah battery with a Vision Stardust... i was blown away. I couldnt put it down !!! I still use them even though I have since grabbed some nice mods.

Drink up !
