I'll start with the TL:DR version: I'm looking for a new rba, my TOBH is pretty awesome but isn't ideal for single coil builds, I have a kayfun Lite + that is great but the air flow could be better. Now I'm hunting for something new, not sure if I want to go with another dripper or RTA so both are open. I've looked at the Lemo but the 23mm on my mechanicals would drive my OCD absolutely insane. I'm thinking perhaps Magma but if I'm lazy I'm also considering an Atlantis though not sure how she handles on a mechanical mod this early in its release.

Suggestions?

Actual long version:
Arc welded my Russian 91% this evening. Not bad, had my first hard short "OH SWEET JESUS" moment, the center post was a wee bit loose so I tightened the screw from the bottom thinking it was good enough since it was finger tight to prevent the positive post portion from swinging. It was not. Fortunately by the second draw I knew something was up, ripped the battery out and saved my fingers, mod but the atty is guaranteed a writeoff that I refuse to trust - and since the battery was hard shorted it is now in the box for disposal as well at one of the local battery places. Funny how a few small degrees can make you realize something is off before you get a runaway cell...

If you want an RTA go with the lemo. Biggest airflow for a tank, easy to build on, and damn close to leak proof. You'll forget all about that one millimeter as soon as you vape it ;)

Unfortunately I did some google-fu and it doesn't look TOO bad. I may load up my mods tomorrow and hit up the local shop which has 2 left in stock and see how the Lemo looks on it. I may go check out some Kayfun videos too for drilling out, since that seems to be the only real issue I have with it and even that is only sometimes. I may just be looking for another reason (subconsciously) to get another atty - that has been known to happen more than once too LOL.

roxy have you seen the quality for those FT mods? Are they pretty decent or do they have the floating 510 really floating right out of the mod, or other annoying issues one can occasionally get?

If you want to take things to the next level, I suggest looking at the other side of the vaping equation. The power supply. Only being able to adjust resistance puts your ability to tune your atomizer's performance in a little box. When you can also adjust the voltage you supply to the load, you greatly increase the range of performance you can achieve. Since you have tanks and drippers, a 100 watt variable device would allow you to really dial in how your atty's perform. Being able to adjust both power variables instead of only one changes everything. Just a thought.

Well I happened to have to pick my wife up some juice. One of the guys at a B&M here had a few pre-built with 1ohm coils. Tried several out and immediately grabbed myself an infinite Magma v2 clone. SWEET MOTHER OF GOD this thing is awesome. Instantly made me put my TOBH in the back of my vapers toolbox. Took me literally 3 minutes to coil and wick a 0.7ohm single coil 26 gauge on it and while not insane, the clouds are great and the flavour is awesome. ONLY issue I have with it is that the center pin on this clone isn't adjustable, so my throw is a wee bit longer than I like, but I'll deal with it.

Still want a Lemo though but this was half the price of one, maybe my wife will get me one with the VaporShark I've been begging for.

I didn't like the veritas too much myself, seemed aesthetically awkward sitting on my stingray, not sure why, i'm sure it performs great but IMO if it doesn't look good ALSO for me, I won't get it, no point in chucking clouds but thinking it looks like a turd on the end of your mod :)

That's the build I usually run on my magma :). Right now I'm using a twisted 30g coming in at 0.8ohm.

The magma does have a very long 510.

not anymore. Discovered the infinite clone's is not adjustable however it IS removable. So pulled it out, took a dremel to it to match the length of other atomizers threads, put the screw in and then took that down, now it sits flush with ALL my mods and the positive screw is actually a little straighter than out of the factory LOL. Love it even more now that it looks that much better on my Stingray and Nemesis.
