So I'm waiting on my target mini to arrive, and looking for a few suggestions and opinions. It come with the guardian tank, but what other tanks would work just as well with the target mini? Also, if I decide I don't like the ceramic ccell coils, do they make non ceramic coils for the guardian Tank? or should I just get a separate tank? and what are your opinions on the ceramic coils, I've read a lot of mixed reviews. Thanks!

Hi @Miken44! Welcome to ECF!

I have a Target Mini, but got it without a tank. A friend of mine has the combo and seems to like it quite well. Can't speak to coil options for the Guardian, but you can run pretty much any tank on the Target. Just beware that with limited battery capacity, you'll want to watch how hard you push, or you'll be recharging often.

All depends on what you want out of your vape. I have Ego ONE tanks, various Kanger Subtanks, Nautiluses and even ProTank2s. I also have a number of RTAs - Serpent Mini being among my favorite. The Target Mini can handle Ni and Ti coils in TC mode. Kanthal, Nichrome, and SS coils in Watts mode.

I got my Target Mini for a "stealth" device. For me, conserving battery life means slightly higher-ohm coils and lower power. I'm not going to chuck clouds with it, but it's a great portable device for me.

Nice! so yeah, what I'm looking to get is the most flavor. Not looking for huge clouds really. and I read this little set up is one of the best for flavor, but I'm skeptical on the ceramic coils so I'm looking for something similar that's not ceramic to use on the target mini. I like kanthal, nichrome, SS, I've never messed with nickel or any of the others. I guess just looking for the easy just set up and go tank, best flavor, that's not ccell ceramic coils just in case I'm not into them.

I'm starting to dabble with ceramic coils, and yes, flavor is pretty amazing. I really like the Ego ONE tanks. There are CL coils (standard pop-in and subsequently disposable) or the CLR (rebuildable - my preference). You have adjustable airflow with these tanks. There are various sizes that all take the same coil. Look for the V2 - it has a bigger window to see juice levels. The originals have six "slits" through which you can view the juice level (somewhat difficult, but doable)

If you decide you like the CCells, I believe the Melo-series tanks (Melo 2, Melo III/Mini) all take them as well. I'm still trying to figure out what's compatible with what :p

I really like the Target Mini. I hope you do as well :)

Hi @Miken44
I am on the same boat as I would like to have a Guardian Tank but with non-ceramlc coils compatible .

I hope someone will help us about that or for a top airflow leakproof MTL tank .
