Hello, I have a saber touch in the heavy Black Ice finish. It has a very heavy texture and wondered what what the best way to keep it clean without damaging the finish. I figured a bit of warm water and light soap? I use it 24/7 and I want to keep it looking "new" . I also wonder how the insulator on the touch pad holds up to cleaning or what to use on it to keep it clean, a bit of alcohol ?

Yes... a little warm water, but don't use soap.
An alcohol wipe works great on the sensor button.
