suggestions on material for custom tank.

I'm wanting to make a custom tank, something that works sort of like the liquinator, i.e. you put a slotted cartomizer inside of it. however I want to make a custom shape and size (obviously the height will be dependant on the carto going in it). I've been looking around at vacuum forming but it looks like doing polycarbonate would be a chore and not something I can do at home. I'm not sure about lexan or other materials.

Could you use resin casting to create a tank that would be safe for use with e-liquids?

you are putting way too much thought into it. The purpose of a tank is to hold more juice. Vacuum forming? Less juice? DOn't get it, here is where I learned how to build my own tanks............The Modder Carto Tank Developement - Vapers Forum
