Well, after realizing we need to add an additional 375 square feet to our 1500+ square foot organic garden, we also realized we have to free up some time somewhere to get 'er done...so DIYing and posting on ECF is going to have to take a serious 'back seat' until the last row is tilled under and the last jar is canned.
Besides, our DIYing was intended to be a simple way to save some money, but we've allowed it to become a major social-hobby (and a totally insatiable vampire of our time & money). We were already wasting FAR too much time smoking back when the only thing we had to do was take a couple of hours a week to stuff 'em.
So we've just got to get control of this beast before we end up 'looking back with hindsight' seeing things we do not want to see!
I'm sure we'll be popping in to learn more, hit the 'like' button occassionally, share a killer recipe or two, and maybe toss out a rant every now & then about something or other ('can't just cold turkey off ECF!). We're definitely gonna be missin' all the fun & camaraderie here in a big way!
