At this point I've stated my opinion, answered questions as to why the store isn't open 24/7, stated we feel we have kept people up to date using the resources we pay for both here and we also built another forum prior to this at our expense to keep people informed beyond what our single ordering thread in the regular suppliers forum would allow without the information getting buried.
We have and will continue to do the absolute best we can, it's just upsetting to think that some people may think that you're lying on a couch watching soap operas all day when truth be told you're stressing over how you're going to meet demand, process CCs, and working your tail off all while dealing with at times debilitating pain.
Newbz, again your post was more of an example and if it came across that I thought you were a copetitor or friend of one then I conveyed my message incorrectly and apologize. KBV has had our hearts and souls poured into it so yes I can be sensitive to it and I think anyone who has had to deal with being treated like a criminal for trying process CCs for ecigs, and worked as hard as we have would.
But as I said we are getting to the point where the one big player in the processing game will come into play soon with our history and through treatment I am improving physically albeit at some point I will have to undergo the knife
Again, I feel the lines of communication have always been open and Missy and Bonnie are both supplier associates available (yssiM & bonniegirl) to you, that was a deciding factor in getting this forum so that I could be freed up for other business related aspects.
In closing I have ran other businesses in my life and I'll make an analogy that I feel is somewhat fitting. To me anyone that has started and ran a business it's similar in a way to raising a child, I say that in that when you look back with hindsight always 20/20 were there a few things you would have done differently if you had the chance? Absolutely! But the important question to me and the only one that counts is did you do the best and make the best decisions you could at the time? In this case I can say without a doubt, yes.
