I recently purchased a sigelei Zmax from Sun Vapers. Upon arrival I noticed several scratches on the screen display and contacted the vendor about the damage. Edward immediately responded (like 15 mins later, on a weekend) and instructed me to send it back for a swap. Well, after I mailed it, someone on here posted how their Zmax came with screen scratched but upon closer inspection noticed it was just the removable protective film. DOH. In my defense, I noticed there was a protective layer but the scratches looked deeper, and the layer was very much stuck on the screen like it was almost permanent so I was reluctant to fuss with it too much in case I did further damage (I still feel a bit stupid though). I let Edward know and yada yada even though it was my oversight, Edward made sure about the quality and shipped it back to me no charge. Edward was very pleasant and reasonable to deal with and he promised me he didn't do a contemptuous facepalm when he found out what the issue was :p Thanks man!
