Hey here's a super new Atty trick I have found after doing some testing that makes a 510 Atty run like a locomotive with super flavor folks, or any Atty for that matter it will run a 306 like a freight train too as it will a 901 or just any Atty but probably a 510 best because of how the Nichrome wire sits in the cup !!!
buy yourself a 10' piece of wick from Omega Engineering, = Nextel Braided Ceramic Very High Temperature Sleeving
The Min order is 10' which is $15 + $8 for shipping total =$23 to your door !, make sure you pre-burn this wick, it doesn't burn but you should pre-burn it for safety reasons to get any factory impurities out of it and any small particles off of it. Now the minute your Attys taste bad or right from the beginning just remove your Bridge and the stock wick. ( if you cant get your stock wick out and want to leave your Bridge you can)
cut some small strands of the Omega Wick and just tuck it in next to your bridge and put some e-liquid on it to make it easier to work with ( you only need a very little bit of this wick 1/16 wide by maybe 3/8" roll and stick the point of your piece so it is touching the wire in your cup). just get it tucked in so its touching your wire bridge it doesn't have to be all neat but just touching the Nichrome wire. You now have an Atty like no other, this wicking material will not burn it takes short heat burst up to a Temp of 2800F and continuous heat up to 2200F which your Atty will never get even close to.
The flavor and vapor is amazingly great and you no longer have to worry about wicks getting burnt and having to deal with this. If your bridge gets gunked up just remove the wick and do a dry burn or clean it however you want but a dry burn works great because there is no worry about burning anything any more. I'm telling you this works unbelievable and my Attys are lasting a long long longer time than ever. The only think you have to be careful about is not messing with your wire Bridge and breaking that connection which shouldn't really ever be a problem. These expensive Attys and all these other Atty's are no longer worth it in my opinion and this is the new Atty for me all the time when it comes to regular Attys, besides it working great on iAttys and some other Attys. This is the stuff people and it just works super !
