SUPER E-GO 2600MAH HATCH BATTERY FROM E-SMOKEONLINE.COM - NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH ESMOKERONLINE
The battery was on sale for $29.99us. It came with the tube mod, the 2600mah 18650 li-ion battery, a usb charger ( no ac adapter though )and a nifty zippered case with the "Hatch" logo on it. Very affordable, looked alot cooler that the ones with no design that healthcabin sells.
I figured it was a screamin deal....right? even just for the battery and a charger alone is $20,
It came 5 days later, opened it up, put the battery in, and it didnt work. stuck the battery into a different mod i have, it fired. hmm, ok, i find out that the thing on the pointy end on the battery isnt making contact. So take apart a pen that had a spring in it and cut the spring to about .5cm long and tape it to the contact on the button end so that it makes contact on the battery... if that makes sense..
so now it finally fires, stick my dual coil Smoktech tank on there and take a toot. It the led flashes after i hit it, Its a safety feture on the batteries to flash when you use a low res, so to get it to stop flashing you have to use something 2ohm+ resistance. Im still useing it with a low res, it doesnt give very much vapor without one.
The tube itself is very thin, seems flimsy, but its holding up fine so far.
the threads is come with are terrible, i lubed them up with some vaseline just so they would screw properly (Thats what she said
). I figure it doesnt really even matter though as you can charge the battery right in the tube, so you never really have to use them anyway.
battery life is awesome, its been lasting me about 2 days on average, but seems to take about 8 hours to charge all the way, so its best to do so overnight.
overall, its pretty cool, it hits just like a ego, which is all it was meant to do, if you can get it working, its not bad at all, and the price is right, and best of all it also takes the ego cone, so it still stays classy.
