Super Minor Issue with Order

Hey CoV folks,

I just got my order and everything was great and as advertised.

However, Onyx Ming Drip tip did not come with a rubber o-ring to help keep it in place so it just rattles around and falls in and out of my atties and cartos.

I checked through the box and made sure it hadn't slipped off, but it seems to be unusable now.

I do not expect anything major, as it was a real easy thing to miss.

Any suggestions on where to get one of these bad boys, lowes/home depot or something I would guess?

Follow-up.

I emailed Bruce at about 7:00pm pst about this issue and he had a new O-ring on the way within 30 minutes of receiving my email.

I'm fairly certain it only took that long, because he wanted to clarify that he didn't need to send me a totally new drip tip, just the O-ring.

Fantastic customer service. I'll order from them again absolutely.

Especially considering I'm sure it cost him way way way more to ship me an o-ring than the actual O-ring itself
