Emails:
I definitely value your emails and it's a great way for us to share and communicate about Super T's products, but keep in mind, the more emails received here, the more time that is taken away from prepping and shipping your product! All emails are answered by me personally and I spend an average of 2-3 hours per day on emails. I usually answer them all in one sitting, usually in the early morning, or late evening. At this time, Super T does not have a dedicated email/order taker.
Here are some tips when sending emails to SuperT-
- If you send out an email, know that i will answer it. It may take a day (or longer if you send it over the weekend) so it is not necessary to send out a second follow up email as this only doubles our email load and will actually slow down response times.
- When sending out questions, congregate them into one email whenever possible
- If you send out an email, it is not necessary to also PM me here and vice versa as that then doubles the number of emails that need attention and it will actually slow down response times.
Current Ship times:
batteries, Tips, Chargers, Atomizers: Usually ship within one business day of ordering (sometimes two if the order is over the weekend due to the monday volume)
Vapmates: Approximately 1-3 Business days
Precise Units: Approximately 4-6 Weeks
