I am not sure if this is the right place to ask but here it goes anyway. I am wanting a Super T but can't seem to get anyone to respond to my emails? Is Super T still in business? I have questions about what options he offers. I have read people have ordered and they are on a waiting list? Is this true? My personal opinion is that if you have a business and are still open that you would respond to emails since there is no contact number? I have read that this company has a great customer service, one arson I would like to have one but due to no response I am quickly changing my mind. All the scratch and dents are gone but says they are available? I also see on his site that the popular sizes, he is not taking orders for? Guess I will look for another pv.

With the last line in your post it sounds like you already have decided to find something else but then again if you made this thread I imagine that you still want a precise. Anyways, Yes superT is still in business, the owner operator is very active in his own subforum on this forum. I am sure that I or many others could answer the questions you have if you come to the subforum. There are no waiting list, the way things are done usually is that when the machine shop is close to finishing a batch, David will list them for sale and then when he gets them he finishes them in house and sends them out in the order that they were ordered. One thing to always do when on his website is to hit your refresh button because I have noticed that sometimes things show in stock but are not really.

As far as customer service goes, David has been close to the best in my experience, sometimes it may take a Day or two to get an email back, but that does not usually happen unless it is a weekend. I dropped my 18350 and there was a burr that was making the switch catch and I pmed forcedfuel and within a few hours I had a response, also once it got to him, it was fixed up and back in the mail the same day. Not sure how long it has been since you have emailed but something to remember is that we are talking about a very small business that has very few employees and sometimes a little extra patience is required. Come to the subforum and start a thread with some questions or do what the last poster said and pm David(forcedfuel50).
