I was wondering if anyone here has purchased anything from them. I bought a mod a little over a month ago was told 1 to 3 weeks at the end of the 3rd week sent a email asking about the status of the order and over a week later no reply.

Super T makes amazing devices, they are notorious for running late on shipping estimates, and release dates. ELA and Shockwave? A year late

But 3 weeks is not unusual especially since they are quitting the mod business and keeping only the machine parts business. Send them an email at supertmanufacturing@yahoo.com

I have 5 of their mods and they're all top notch. I got my ELA V2 and Workhorse Telescopic a few months ago. They are slow, always have been, but never had any issues with them.
