Eastmall not replying to my emails !

Hi everybody,
I placed an order over a week ago ( nov 27). Everything seemed to go just right , I transferred money via my Paypal account and order status says it's completed. I still haven't got any information whether the package has been sent or not. I have emailed three times to ask what is going on with my order and I haven't heard anything from them.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

No I'm sure they will honor your purchase. I've read they had some staff changes also. It seems they are not answering posts in the ECF Forum either:

I'm not sure if I understood this: "Lots of vendors have been backed up with the recent sales"
Does it mean that some sellers are not going to send me anything even though I've paid them?:ohmy:
