I agree with everyone here, three months off analogs is a long time! Quite an accomplishment! When I was new to vapeing I backslide a time or two. All it did was reinforce I was making the right choice. Now almost two and a half years into vapeing a cigarette honestly, never crosses my mind. I never thought I would feel that way, but it happens! Just forget about, move on, and most importantly KEEP VAPEING! :thumb:

It happens, just keep trying your best and don't feel so bad about it.

Whenever I have a rough day I drop a bit of WTA into my tank with my regular juice, it totally knocks out my craving.

As for the coughing and throat issues, I know for me different juice brands make a difference. While I enjoy the cheaper juice prices, I can't vape them all the time or I get the same issues as you described. I have to get some higher end to break it up. I don't know if it is the base or what, but there is a difference for me.

I keep preaching the "good news" about WTA, but I think the price of it keeps people from listening. ;)

I relapsed this morning after 93 days.

I don't even understand why/how. I have so much gear/juice that it doesn't even make any sense. I just had this huge urge to go buy some and I did, and I had two of them. It was like I'd never even stopped.

I am so guilty right now that I can't even face anyone I know. I don't understand why this would even cross my mind after 3 months...much less actually do it. I mean, there are several steps...drive, spend money, drive back, smoke.

Very unhappy.

Don't Beat Yourself Up too Much. You can't change what you did in the Past. All you can do is Learn from it.

I fell down Many Times when I decided to Switch to e-Cigarettes. I didn't like it. But it was what it was.

So what I did was to get a Plan for when that Urge came out of Nowhere. And I found myself driving in Auto-Pilot to get a pack of Smokes.

And my plan when the Crazy Urge hit was to Call someone and tell them that I was about ready to cave in. That, and to keep some Higher Nicotine e-Liquid in a Clearo in my Desk Drawer. I called it my "Break Glass in case of Emergencies" clearo.

You would be Amazed how Fast the urge to smoke Disappears when you Call Someone and tell them that you want to Smoke. And how a Couple of Hits on a 28mg Clearo can drive those thoughts from your Head.

You can do this. I know you Can.

It does seem expensive, but a bottle lasts me a long time the way I use it.

Same here! When I started using it, I used it as 10% of my juice, but now I'm down to 6%, and soon to drop again to 5%... so it does last a while! The price is so worth it, eliminating cravings and other badness associated with quitting the nails. The stuff is a godsend! :thumb:
