Suppliers-what do you think of them

ok guys, got my order from trueman e-cig [china] mailed out on 5-04 and got here today, could not have asked for a better turnaround.
they do sell the little bottles VERY cheap and orders over $200 ship free. my main reason for ordering were the cartos for the rn4081 - JULES LISTEN UP!!!!! - definitely nice vapor and th, only problem they come in tobacco-flavor only. about $7.00 for 5! those are the ones that are not supposed to burn, period. i have offered a sample to somebody on another thread and hope he will do a review. don't know how long they will last and how or if they can be refilled but i have high hopes! will let you know how it goes. maybe if there is interest we can do a co-op with trueman. the bottles there are really cheap

update cartomizer still going this morning and amazingly, so is the battery. i have been vaping on this same battery since it came in the mail yesterday

smokesticks is selling the same cartos, i believe, for $20 per 5pack. scootbee is supposed to do a technical breakdown on them since those cartos seem to be the only ones without the burning issue. i will take mine apart too once it stops vaping to doublecheck. anyhow, much better than the 808 imo

Sent them that email Saturday early afternoon. It's now Tuesday late morning and I've not heard from them at all. Sent them a second email.

Ok, so if this is where we comment on how we feel about suppliers...here I go.

I like Mad Vapes. They are not perfect but they try. I have made many orders with them and they are almost always shipped within 24 hrs. The exception being weekends. They send out receipts that they have received your order, again for processing, and once more for shipping.

Do they make errors, yes. I have been sent the wrong liquid, and when I contacted them, A quick reply, and apology, and the correct liquid on the way. AND they let me keep the liquid that I was sent in error.

There prices are low, they have a reward system started that will let you recieve points towards gift certificates to be used on their site, and occasional freebies.

All in all, I am happy with their service and customer service and do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I just ordered some batteries and a charger from them the other day for my Saber thats en route.. so far so good. Hoping to have my stuff tomorrow or Thurs

First, it was like pulling teeth to get a response. Then all I get is "sorry". For a company that loves to appear to pride themselves on customer service, I think this whole experience has been lousy.

I'm through with them.

Fairly new to ECF myself but have made my fair share of orders...

V4L-good communication, ordered 510 kit fast shipping equipment good, ejuice is OK I've found it to be a tad inconsistant but I do enjoy the majority of there flavors!

cignot-Awesome communication, great equipment, and fast shipping and very fairly priced!

RMV-fast shipping, good communication, ordered juice but wasn't thrilled with it, ordered passthru and love it Great prices!!

Alternasmokes- great communication, fast shipping, great prices, not thrilled with juice, best packaging!

strictlyejuice-fast shipping, good communication, great prices, ordered LOTS of juice from them and love just about all of them!

My mom has ordered juice from TV and I have tried 2 of them and I absolutly LOVE there juice the most! Just placed an order with them yesterday!

Ain't that the truth? The whole attitude just stinks. They might as well have told me Tough Luck. We'll just send you whatever we have in stock regardless of what you order.

In fact, the more I think about this response the madder I get. I think I will send this up the food chain at V4L.

I won't order from V4L or TW because of all the negative reviews. We have so many registered suppliers available that are excellent, why bother? I appreciate every ones comments that lead me to the good, the bad, and the ugly. I have had some great experiences with suppliers here that leads me back to them again and again. Still haven't found a one-stop shop, yet.

It really surprises me that V4L is acting that way. That is not their usual style. Has me really wondering what is going on with them. I'm seeing more and more complaints and that is just surprising to me. I hate that you are going thru all of that.

Example, empty cartos at Trueman are $7. pre-filled cartos from HG are $6.30. 901 kit at Trueman is 26.50, HG = 23.85. I didn't look at the bottles though, just some of the hardware.

since i ordered from them i now get a 2% discount, not sure how shipping is handled at hg but it is free at trueman's if your order is $200 or more. BUT i was sent 2 wrong chargers and have not heard back from them yet. let's see how they handle this
