Hi, I tried to submit a ticket but the system wouldn't let me. It keeps asking "Please enter a valid number." I have the number from my account but still-no joy. Where is tech support when you need them?
I get quite a large number of tickets a day, so the system is working. If it is asking you to put in a valid number, chances are your auto form filler is placing an invalid character in one of the number fields. Try not using it when filling out the form.
