Supporting Member status not updating

Payment was deducted from my PayPal account on the 12th, but now I'm not showing as a supporting member on the forum.

I miss my purple name! And my nifty forum title. And the extra storage...

It's not a problem. Just wanted to bring it to someone's attention. Not likely I'll freak out if it isn't fixed RIGHT NOW!!!

It's possible CeeJey made an adjustment on my account when I was helping with the chat box problem a couple of days ago and forgot to change it back, lol.

How do you get a higher member status...... I see people who have been here a shorter time than me, but have higher titles....... I am a paid member, have been here sometime and have written many posts....... But I am just a supporting member...... Can somebody answer me please......

A supporting member can change their title to a custom title in their UserCP panel.
