Just wanted to let every one know that they do stand behind their products and with BOGEGATE they make sure you can buy with confidence. They really do carry genuine Boge products and they are the only boge vendors that stand behind the boges and if they turn out to me duds they do all they can to make good. They are at the manufacturers mercy as to what they get in. All they can do as a vendor is order genuine products. Now if Boge has decided to mess with a good thing its sad that customers and the vendors have to suffer. Us as customers deal with the duds and inconstant performance and the vendors worse, because its their reputation. If boge will not take back and refund the vendor than who do they go to with complaints. If they have to give refund to every body than they take a big loss to make us happy and they cant get that type of customer service from the manufacturer.
