King is obviously influenced by the Chi You, but also has it's own distinct personality.
King also has a noticeably harder hit.
Still love my Chi You and it hits more than adequately, but the voltage drop on the King is apparent.

I ordered the king clone early this morning...i didnt know about all that drama with vaperev haha they are a little pretentious but i do buy batteries from them...i have a nemesis clone on the way and ordered the king today..using a chi you clone at the moment ans it blows away my other mds that i paid more for so im hoping the other 2 are even better and dont care that they are china made bc my chi just kills the other mods and devices ive used so far...all about staying off of cigs and being able to afford and buy what i like and i have wanted a king mod for awhile but refused to pay 200+ for it and blow my whole vape budget in one purchase...i buy nice rebuildable atomizers and high brow liquid and stick w clone mods for now :shrugs:
If one has Chi You, don't see point of buying King. Just my personal opinion. Unless you have SS Chi You then buy Brass King.
Now people will call King Clone as Ching? That does not sound nice at all

I have a brass King and now a SS Chi-You inbound. I may end up trading the Chi for an SS King. I love the King.
Got my Chi today, and while I see some similarities I feel that the Chi and King are two very different beasts. I think I prefer the King, but the Chi is very nice.

I'm with you. Saying the King is a clone of the Chi-You is like saying the Camry is a clone of the Accord.
Why has no one broken down both the king and a chi and posted the pics??? Looking at the king online its about as identical as you can get to a chiyou minus the lock rings

So what exactly was your point? Dimensions? Materials? Aesthetics? I'm not sure I'm getting it.
The battery post on the King has two screws; the Chi one. The switch post on the Chi has a slot for a screwdriver, the King not. The rings are completely different; the King is taller.
I honestly think the "clone" argument is petty and somewhat ridiculous--especially considering all the mods out there that look MORE like a Chi than the King.
I bet this talk was started by someone who works with/for "Style of Mojo" or against VapeRev or Surefire, and spread virally. And then people just started spouting off without even having any experience.
