I actually have a surplus of some diy supplies, including nic and some flavors.
Can I actually post this anywhere here without violating a rule.
Not selling, giving it away.
Frozen in Glass bottles so no mail, location specific.

Edit: ok I looked around. All I can find are old closed PIF threads. Beats me what happened to it. For now just leave this thread open and maybe ask anyone who's interested to PM you. That's weird there's no more PIF thread.

PIF closed. I used to donate to veterans, not sure how you could do that now with the feds going after vaping. If interested, you could check with vapavet:

I think they only want pre-made retail e-liquids for simplicity's sake.

I have a dozen or so (I'll have to count) bottles of flavoring that I won't be using. All of the bottles are open already, but most of them are close to full. Denver, CO--local pickup. I'm not sure about mailing a bunch of open bottles of flavoring.
