Here is a link to a survey being conducted by an independent PhD Industrial Organizational Psychologist. He has been contracted by Be-Smoke-Free (who has all their inventory held by the FDA)to gather data and present a statistical analysis of any and all possible side effects felt by consumers. He needs a random sample of 1000 e-cig users to log onto www.be-smoke-free.com and click on FDA survey. The survey is a bit older, but it is still accepting users.
