Survey: Please help!

whats it about? are there any personal questions that would be fun to think about? do we submit our names? are our IP addresses recorded for general locale? what types of questions are asked? what is the project that this survey is for?
It is a quick (9 question) survey asking about people's experiences with traditional and e-cigarettes, hoping to work out if generally people see them as a cessation aid, or a pleasurable alternative.
There is no need to submit your name, and your IP address is not recorded.
It is for a school project I'm thinking about doing, depending on what the initial answers are.

I use SurveyMonkey frequently for other job related projects and by default the site does indeed record ever participant's IP address. However, the questions are pretty benign and I'm happy to help.

Number 9 is interesting ......... "never smoked traditionals ..... uses e-cigarettes."
Had I been able to 'comment'........ I would have added, "and I have NO IDEA WHY." It's not cool. It is a pain the rear and starting on any e-cigarette is flat out foolish in my NOT so humble opinion. As an aid in stopping the cigarette habit they are great; beyond that - no need at all.

Done - although question 2 was something like "how many cigarettes do you smoke" which had no,"none" option, so expect a few misses on that one. Whilst not wanting to sound presumptuous, a lot of vapers simply no longer "smoke" cigarettes.

I just put in on how many I used to smoke at that time.
