Suspiciously cheap for ejuice

I wont list the website in case mods think Im advertising but Im looking for a premixed nicotine with vg base to vape flavorless and I found this super suspicious http://i.imgur.com/PIBbREk.jpg . It does have 18 reviews but the prices are literally like 50% cheaper than everyone else. I mean why would you have 1 gallon listed at $38 and 64 oz ( 2.5 liters ) listed at $40. It just doesnt make sense.
