So I have been using 0mg ejuice, did nothing for me..... I just bumped it up to 6mg. Do you think this will get me super hooked? I dont chain vape, and after 2-3 puffs im happy. non-smoker, only doing it for socal / heard a small ammount of nic would help with my OCD / Stress - so just how much is 6mg? What do you guys think

Just me...but I would avoid nicotine if possible. Use other stress relief techniques. I'm an anxious and OCD person. Nicotine doesn't help me even though I thought it did at times. I would avoid nicotine. It's a horrible thing I wish I had never touched.

This is just MY experience, so take it with a grain of salt. I'm not a doctor or a clinical researcher.

When I smoked, I would start jonesing for a smoke within an hour (or less) of putting the last one out. A few hours without a cigarette and I'd be anxious, jittery, and sometimes grumpy. When I woke up in the morning, I HAD to have a cigarette or two just to function.

Within about two-three months of vaping, I've found that I can go for hours (when I'm otherwise occupied) without a vape, and it's more like "hey, I haven't vaped for hours, maybe I should take a puff".

Based ONLY on that, I'd say 6mg should not be that big of a deal, but I would strongly suggest you not ramp up your nic levels.

I haven't smoked for 14 years and started with 0mg. I did bump to 6mg (chain-vaping all day) and have not had an issue during times when I couldn't vape. I think I miss the vaping itself more than having any withdrawals when I can't vape :)

Replace your words with " I have not had an issue during times when I couldn't smoke. I think I miss the smoking itself more than having any withdrawals when I cant smoke."
Sounds a lot like my attitude when I first started smoking. "I can quit anytime, but I enjoy it!" My tolerance built up over time, until one day I was a pack a day smoker always stressing over whether there would be some part in my day that might conflict with my need to light up any time I can.. I would not encourage a non-smoker to start using nicotine.
To the OP, I would not ask strangers on a forum for medical advice. Ask a medical professional about the pros/cons of using nicotine to aid with your OCD/stress issues.
I will never understand why a person who has successfully never taken up the habit of smoking would jump onboard with ecigs just because so far it seems safer... There are still a lot of unknowns. It is a safer alternative for current smokers, but not inhaling anything at all is the safest for those who never smoked in the first place.

I vape between 12-24mg and I can go a few days without vaping and no side effects. Although I don't go that long unless im out of good juice and only have those bottles you keep around because it sounds good but then you vapor it and its just terrible lol that being said everyone is different on how nicotine effects them. On a side note I can't go more then 3 hours without caffeine or bad things happen haha

People drink alcohol, drink coffee and energy drinks, and eat lots of sugar too. I think if someone's an adult they can make that decision for themselves.

Addit: Just wanted to address this too.

I started smoking at the age of 13, stealing them from my mom (and had tried them even before then). By the time I was 15 my mom was buying me a carton a week. I smoked at least a pack a day, often more, until I was almost 30 when I quit cold turkey at 6 months pregnant after several previous failed attempts.

So I am very familiar with nicotine addiction. How I feel when I don't vape has NOTHING on how I felt if I didn't smoke a cigarette. I can fly nonstop across the country and still wait to pick up my bag before I go outside to vape while looking for a cab. I can sit through a long dinner without fidgeting to get outside and vape. I don't have to vape the second I wake up. I chain vape all the time (I work from home) but long periods of not vaping are not an issue. It has been my experience that 6mg of nicotine is about as addictive as coffee - actually maybe less so, because there are no withdrawal symptoms when I don't vape.

So you don't need to lecture me about addiction. I've been there. I beat it. I'd recognize it again. But it's not there. :)

If you are a intelligent adult that can make educated decisions for yourself in life, you can do as you want. One thing to realize if you do take this step is that at some point you may be classifying yourself as a smoker/tobacco user/nicotine user or just a general evil type degenerate that smokes. Well, at least according to our educated leaders of the US.

You say for stress relief.. I would say have a glass of wine... except that could be construed to incline I am wanting you to be alcoholic... I could also say buy a punching bag (my favorite) although then I guess I could be condoning violence... Or I could well.... only in Wisconsin or Colorado...

By the way been a smoker for 30 years... Picked up vaping to just see what it would do.. I thought to myself I can do this. 2 years later I am on 3mg nic with a couple drops of 24 mg WTA added to 15 ml solution. If I could do it all over again... I wouldn't go near the smokes or nicotine.. I do enjoy a cigar almost every weekend.
