Think Big Red gum -- sweet and slightly hot. This has been my personal holy grail since I started vaping, and now, thanks to serendipity, I have it.
Here's what you need:
VG
Nic -- 36 mg for 18mg strength, et cetera
Sweetleaf liquid Stevia Cinnamon flavor (here's a link to the product, but I purchased mine from Sprouts Farmers Market, which is a great grocery chain in California, Colorado, Arizona and Texas Liquid Stevia Flavors-Buy Wisdom )
Sweetleaf liquid is water-based and pretty thin, so the first step is to mix it 1:1 with VG -- PG is too thin and the vapor is pretty weak with PG. The liquid is also very sweet and reasonably strong.
Then mix the resulting liquid with nic (or vape it as is if you want 0) at no more than a 1:1 ratio.
I've experimented so far with the Cinnamon and the peppermint, and I think I'm going to pick up the rest of the flavors (as well as plain stevia to add to some bland flavors) over the next couple of months.
Stevia does not appear to caramelize on the atomizer and is generally regarded as safe. Experimenting with it is at your own risk.
