Sweetvapes.com 5 months and no mod

I am sure there are many people out there who will say that the GRIP is a wonderful mod and that the guy making this mod is very busy and so on and so forth, but the bottom line is he did not deliver.

The order was placed in early February and after speaking with him 2 weeks after I placed the order he said 6-8 weeks. After 12 weeks I emailed him, no reply. Then after posting here someone said use a different email address and that is when I got the I-phone reply, that was a month ago. No further contact or explanation of delay, guess my business was of no interest to him.

I judge any company/seller on very basic principles; do they deliver as promised, was it a quality product, and was my order handled in a timely matter?

From that criteria it is safe to say that if you want a wood mod that you should look elsewhere and stay away from Sweetvapes....if he is even still in business.

I'm sorry you feel this way. If I were to email everyone every time something happens or sets me back I'd never get anything accomplished. Patience is key when having something custom made to your specifications and good things come to those that wait.

Did you try calling me to find out.... Before posting this? No... The # is listed on the home page. Did you pay anything? I never required payment upfront. Everyone always gets what they asked for and yes it does take time. I've waited much longer to have things custom made for myself. I've even waited longer on co-ops that i paid for upfront and were being made in quantities by a machine shop.

Well I don't know who you are by your forum name but I can assure based on your claim of order date that the mod you requested is on my bench and very near complete. You must understand I am the only person building these and have a good 100 mods on order at all times. I do these in the order received. There are countless opportunities for something to go wrong throughout the build process. Each time something goes wrong it sets everything back. These are not mass produced or made by a factory or by machines or even a team of people. It is me alone and each mod is handcrafted, unique an custom made to order. If you ask anyone that owns one you will be told that they are very much worth the wait.

Anyways more than likely yours is probably one that I'm about to finish up. You will get an email with a photo of the mod and an invoice. You can take the mod or leave it the choice is your and it won't hurt my feelings if you don't and all I can do Is apologies for the lengthy wait.
