Swiss Post - 10/28 now available as a shipping option during checkout
Tracking Delay - about 3 to 5 days
"Normal" cylindrical batteries - unknown/experimental (officially NO)
Built in batteries - officially OK
e-liquids - OK

They use Swiss Post cargo planes from Hong Kong to Zurich Switzerland (Europe) and then on to their final destination country..
it now is the most lenient and reliable shipper in China for all batteries.. and fastest for UK customers...does offer service to the US also..U will see it in other options at checkout...U may need to "add new address" and input the same info again to see this option now...
