Switched from atos to cartons but...

So I'm done with atomizers for the moment, I bought some boge 2.0's and my vaping life has changed, I was using the joye egoc and found that those atomizers are 1. too expensive 2. hardly any flavor 3.in a package of 5 usually at least 2 don't work well if at all. These boge 2.0's are amazing in comparison but I have 1 problem, it seems like every package of 5 seems to have 2 that don't work, I fill them the same way every time but instantly on the bad ones they don't crackle and just give off a nasty burnt flavor, this is obviously a defect but what I'm wondering is...is there a way to fix it, like move the wick or filler or something, or am I just out a couple of bucks, or is there a brand out there of 510's that don't have this failure rate. At least the cartos are only a buck and a half a piece vs the $5 atomizers that have the same failure rate. Other than that cartos blow atomizers out of the water for flavor and vapor, at least in my experience. Any knowledge is greatly appreciated! -Cheers

Your not getting the carto full. Try the condom method. f you decide to go back to dripping try an ikenvape set up. I assumed you were using a 306?

There is a cartomizer Thread has some good suggestions. If three work then you must be filling them right. Sometimes it's just the filler, often actually, that is packed wrong around the coil and too dense packed. They dry out quick once they get wet and don't re wet well and all that. ThatnThread has some good suggestions. Just search cartomizer and check a few out. Make sure dates are recent. Also you can drip a carto too just so you kow. The liquid slides down the out side of the inside of the drip tip and doesn't go in the hole but recharges or primes the carto filler some. It's a drag when the carto is not doing what it ahold. I just Ross me and get over it now. Especially after I made sure it wasn't user error all that Neil stuff. I like cartos and atty both but mostly carto and drip it for fuller vape and flavor periodically.
